Currently we’re unable to but if you would like to have a bottle delivered internationally, please get in touch with us via email. Our email address is info@drinklimited.com.
Although every precaution is taken to protect your bottles throughout delivery, we understand accidents can happen. If your package is visibly damaged, wet or shows signs of tamper upon delivery please refuse the delivery and have the item returned.
If you accept your delivery and subsequently find damage, please take photos of the damaged box and items and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement for you. Please ensure you make contact regarding any damaged goods within 5 days of receiving the order, any claim after this amount of time may not be replaced or refunded.
If you receive an incorrect item please contact our team immediately with photos of the incorrect products and your order number. Our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
